Giardino Mediterraneo Appetizer

On the terrace, surrounded by a vegetable garden and embraced by a breathtaking view, it is possible to taste wines accompanied by small delicacies inspired by the cuisine of Ischia, Peasant and Mediterranean: wood-baked bread, sweet red tomatoes, garden vegetables, organic extra virgin olive oil, local cold cuts and cheeses.

Ingredients and technique

In the kitchen there are those who deeply love their land. Giving in to the variety of this appetizer is equivalent to falling in love with the many gems of the Neapolitan tradition. Vegetables from the garden and lots of imagination. There are the tomatoes with bruschetta, the fried zeppole of pasta grown, with vegetables in season in rotation. Eggplant parmigiana and sometimes mushroom, grilled peppers. A wonderful potato pie with Parmigiano Reggiano fondue, very tasty.
Everything is proposed as an appetizer, but it is rich and satisfying enough to be enough to itself.

Climb up in the mountains, on foot or using the folkloric monorail. And there are the details, once again it is they who make the difference.
