Il Delfino Restaurant was born in 1920. Founded by Giuseppe Ballirano, the so-called Don Peppino. Today the restaurant is managed by his son Mimì but the third generation is ready to join and to continue the restaurant business created by Don Peppino. The restaurant is family-run and fresh and wholesome products have always been used, from the fresh seafood of the day to the vegetables that the island offers. Our kitchen uses as a base extra virgin olive oil of the best brands and the famous fresh cherry tomatoes called ‘ceraselle’.
In LaccoAmeno our terrace overlooking the sea is known to all. It is in the center of the village and offers a dream sea view. Our customers, besides being fascinated by our dishes, are fascinated by our panorama. The specialty of our cuisine is undoubtedly the fish, which arrives fresh every day from the port of Lacco in the morning and evening from the Paranze. The fish is handled by Mimì himself, while his brother Giosuè is the chef and prepares unforgettable mixed grilled fish, fried tasty but above all delicious spaghetti with seafood.
