Value

Nice and welcoming, fine ceramics distributed everywhere, with taste and without excess. Pride of place, certainly the large terrace that juts out over the entire bay of Sorgeto. Breathtaking, exclusive panorama. The restaurant is inside the Torre Sant’Angelo Hotel: the Castellaccio family demanded a cuisine that reflected their idea of hospitality. Attention to detail and great quality.
Do not miss the first courses, a due homage to Gragnano pasta, accompanied by seasonal ingredients, always fresh.
Here everything has the flavor of Ischia, a beautiful family, an undoubtedly enchanting place, a cuisine of great satisfaction.

Paccheri e Carezze is the restaurant of our hotel in Ischia. Here you can sample the best island and Mediterranean specialties every day, always available according to season and proposals in a dream setting: our panoramic room or our terrace suspended between sky and sea, a little corner of paradise that offers a wonderful view of the Sant’Angelo village, during the hot summer days.

Ingredients and technique

Pasta is a wonderful protagonist. Perfect cooking and an enveloping taste that knows how to take advantage of all the prawns. The red ones from Mazara, an excellent raw material for which one is willing to go shopping a little further than one’s nose: a so perfect dish, soft, succulent, full. With their waste, the chef makes the sauce, the background that masterfully binds the pasta. We were saying, the fussy ones. Halfway between ziti and caserecce, a fun and engaging format, it’s impossible not to fall in love.

Value

Despite the refinement of the furnishings, the breathtaking view, the attention to detail and the choice of ingredients, the value for money surprises and convinces positively.
